How do I enter a new period cycle?
Select the “Cycle Dates” on the main manu screen. You then have the option to tap ‘strats’ to enter your Current Period, or tap the plus sign to ‘Add Past Period’.

How do I make notes for my Period or Moon Cycle?
To make notes for todays date, select "Daily Notes" from the main menu screen, and type away under My Notes.

How do I make a note on a specific date?
Select "Calendar" from the main menu screen, double tap the date you would like to enter notes for, and type away under My Notes.

To add Feelings, Moods or Symptoms - tap the "Feelings", "Moods" or "Symptoms" button at the bottom of the screen. Tap as many words as you would like, they will appear circled and then tap done to save your selections. A quick view of your selections will appear in your Calendars for the date you have selected them on.

How do I make notes for my Ovulation Calendar?
Select "Ovulation" from the main menu screen, double tap the date you would like to enter notes for, and type away under My Notes.
